Have you heard? Mike Connolly is going to "JAIL" in 2 WEEKS for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and I need YOUR help to bail me out! The MDA has tracked Mike down and he will be serving time to help support the MDA in funding life-saving research for children and adults in our community living with neuromuscular disease. The MDA cover many different neuromuscular diseases such as ALS or Lou Gherig's disease .These diseases affect muscle function and in many cases people suffering from these diseases utilize wheelchairs for mobility. MDA also funds local clinics where families can be seen by top neurologists to receive the most cutting edge treatments available at the University of Miami and Broward General. These are the reasons Mike is going to "jail" and we hope you'll support him in helping to make a difference in the lives of those living here in our community. Trevor Chang-Leung has been named head of the Extra Innings baseball summer camps. Trevor played professional baseball in Germany with the Montreal Expo's. Trevor played three years in German's professional baseball league, Trevor received many awards, though his most prestigious was being named 1999 International All-Star MVP.
